English star Benedict Cumberbatch has been roped in for thevariation of "Prisons and Dragons".
The 44-year-old joins the cast of the impending big-screenproject that incorporates Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, and Rege-Jean Page,reports aceshowbiz.com.

"Subsequent to portraying the enlivened film, Benedictcouldn't be in the film adaptation. Recording has been in the UK as well, so itwas helpful for him travel-wise," a source disclosed to The Sun paper.
This isn't the first run through Cumberbatch is highlightingin a dream transformation. He already has voiced Smaug and Sauron in PeterJackson's "The Hobbit" set of three.
"Prisons and Dragons", which is set to bedelivered in 2023, has been shooting on areas, for example, the Wells Cathedralin Somerset, Alnwick Castle in Northumberland and Carrickfergus Castle in Ireland, where Rodriguez was spotted on a bike in ensemble while heading to the palace.
Benedict Cumberbatch, who delivers and stars in theforthcoming film, "The Mauritanian", says he got the book"Guantanamo Diary", on which the film is based, and read it from the start to end. The star claims he was simply passed up Mohamedou Ould Slahi, whose life moves the story.
In light of nerve racking occasions that happened post 9/11,"The Mauritanian" follows the account of Slahi (played by TaharRahim), who was caught by the US government and detained for quite a long time without preliminary at Guantanamo Bay. It's anything but a motivating record of endurance despite everything as Slahi battled for opportunity.
