KatrinaKaif revealed once that she wanted Akshay Kumar to tie rakhi during Tees MakKhan. On Koffee With Karan the actress said, "Nobody's there, nobody is paying attention to me." Who is the person I see coming in the door? It is a person I admire, someone I consider dearly friend and I see nothing wrong with it. So I asked Akshay Kumar, "Can I tie you up a rakhi?" And he replied, "Katrina. Do you want a slap?"   

KatrinaKaif, after Akshay Kumar had rejected the idea was even more excited to go to ArjunKapoor. She shared,"So, then, I was going to a friends house that night. I was a bitdejected, and disheartened. Who do I see? Arjun! He was so sweet and cuddly. He was very cuddly at that time. He is now very healthy. He was so cuddly and sweet that he stood there and I said, "That's it Arjun, you're going to be my Rakhi brother."
